RABBIT 2

CY-BIOBANK

The genetic investigation of diseases and eHealth are a priority of the Smart Specialization Strategy of Cyprus. The strategy can best be served by creating a Centre of Excellence (CoE) with two pillars: a) A contemporary Biobank research infrastructure that incorporates eHealth; b) a state-of-the-art research facility to support the Cyprus Human Genome Project and drive translational research, focused on genetic diseases, thus enhancing the European Research Area.

IC2PerMed

IC2PerMed provides key solutions for enabling the convergence under ICPerMed consortium of European and Chinese stakeholders towards a common approach of PM research, innovation, development and implementation involving policy makers and healthcare beneficiaries.

DIAMONDS

DIAMONDS addresses the challenge of bringing personalised medicine into routine use in EU healthcare systems for diagnosis and treatment of common infectious and inflammatory diseases, which account for a up to a third of all medical encounters in primary care and hospital.

CINECA

CINECA is an international flagship collaboration with Canada for human data storage, integration and sharing to enable personalised medicine approaches...

EJP RD

The European Joint Programme on Rare Diseases brings over 130 institutions from 35 countries to create a comprehensive, sustainable ecosystem allowing a virtuous circle between research, care and medical innovation.

EUCAN-Connect

A federated FAIR platform enabling large-scale analysis of high-value cohort data connecting Europe and Canada in personalized health

euCanSHare

An EU-Canada joint infrastructure for next-generation multi-Study Heart research. euCanSHare will develop the first centralised, secure and sustainable platform for enhanced cross-border data sharing and multi-cohort personalised medicine research in cardiology.

RI-VIS

RI-VIS will increase the international visibility of European RIs outside Europe

ERIC Forum

ERIC – European Research Infrastructure Consortium – is a European legal instrument specifically created for European multi-side and multi-country owned Research Infrastructures (RI) in 2009. Since then 18 ERICs have been created in almost all different scientific domains. With the H2020 call “INFRASUPP-01-2018-2019 Policy and international cooperation measures for research infrastructures” the EC is willing to fund a project for more formal and structural collaboration and coordination of ERICs.

EOSC-Life

EOSC-Life brings together the 13 Biological and Medical ESFRI research infrastructures (BMS RIs) to create an open collaborative space for digital biology.

ID-EPTRI

EPTRI is aimed at harnessing the research and services for the development of medicines for children as well as identifying gaps in paediatric medicines research preventing efficient use of research technologies across pertinent medicine research fields, from discovery and preclinical phase, all the way to ameliorate the therapeutic use of medicines in clinical practice.

EOSC-hub

EOSC-hub builds on existing technology already at TRL 8 and addresses the need for interoperability by promoting the adoption of open standards and protocols.

cliniMARK

Thousands of circulating proteins have been shown to be hallmarks of emerging disease, response to treatment, or a patients’ prognosis. The identification of these small molecule biomarkers holds a great promise for significant improvement of personalized medicine based on simple blood tests.

To increase the number of clinically validated biomarkers, rather than further increasing the number of biomarker discovery studies, CliniMARK will improve the quality and reproducibility of studies and establish a coherent biomarker development pipeline from discovery to market introduction.

SPIDIA4P

Thus, SPIDA4P aims to generate and implement a comprehensive portfolio of 22 pan-European pre-analytical CEN/TS and ISO/IS, addressing the important pre-analytical workflows applied to personalized medicine.

ADOPT BBMRI-ERIC

The ADOPT BBMRI-ERIC (implementAtion anD OPeration of the gateway for healTh into BBMRI-ERIC) proposal aims at boosting and accelerating implementation of BBMRI-ERIC and its services.

Its main deliverables are designed to complete or launch the construction of key Common Services of the Research Infrastructure as required for European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructure (ESFRI) projects ‘under implementation’, reflecting the targets of the European Research Area (ERA).
