"The human body in scientific research" conference

BBMRI.pl, our Polish National Node, and the Medical University of Lublin are co-organising a conference titled “The human body in scientific research – philosophical, legal and societal aspects”. Set to take place in Lublin, Poland, on April 19 and 20, the event aims to create a platform for an interdisciplinary debate on issues related to the use of the human body, body parts and other types of human biological material in scientific research.

The target audience includes representatives from medicine, biology, philosophy, law and sociology, especially researchers collecting human biological material, as well as representatives of patient organisations and NGOs from the health field. For more details, send an email to elsi@bbmri-eric.pl.
