We are glad to invite you to our webinar on “Data Quality and Provenance“.

We will have one hour of presentations, introduced by Prof. Michael Hummel Charité Berlin on the “Importance of Data Quality in Research” (10min).

Dr. Petr Holub BBMRI-ERIC CS IT Graz will then give an overview on his experiences with checking data quality – based on the CRC-cohort and examples from his own biobank-experience for possibilities of enhancing data quality (20min)

This will be followed by short (10min) “best-practice” presentations from Dr. Michael Neumann IT-Lead ibd Würzburg, David Juárez Guajardo-Fajardo Software Engineer DKFZ Heidelberg and Niina Eklund Senior Planning Officer THL Biobank Helsinki.
