UK Biobanking Showcase in Nottingham

Now in its fifth year, the UK Biobanking Showcase is the premier event of its kind in the UK and has proven to be a successful and popular forum for biobankers, academic researchers, those from industry, the public sector, charities, and patients and their representatives to gather and to share experiences and best practices.

This year the event will be held at the De Vere East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham and will feature presentations on a wide range of topics by speakers from regulatory agencies, academia, and industry; interactive, audience-led debates; and plenty of opportunities for networking.

The UKCRC Tissue Directory and Coordination Centre will be hosting a free workshop on “Making your resource visible: help and tips for registration” the afternoon of the 18^th, and, to mark their fifth anniversary, will be holding a celebratory pre-conference dinner at the De Vere Orchard Hotel, also on the 18^th.
