The goal of the CETOCOEN Excellence project is to establish the European Centre of Excellence in Environmental Health Sciences. In order to achieve that, Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic, teams up with the leading European research institutions. The Teaming project partners will develop a joint vision and a strategy for establishment of the interdisciplinary institute of the next generation. The overall objective of the proposed project is to upgrade the existing Centre into internationally recognized environmental health centre with significantly enhanced capacities in the eight
Key Areas of Changes:
1. consolidate the joint research vision of the exposome research
2. improved education and training programmes
3. upgrade the RI, enhance the scope of services and research capacities
4. develop and implement a new HR strategy
5. new organization structure for an autonomous and effective management
6. improve the research and innovation culture
7. long-term sustainability
8. increase the international visibility of the Centre and make it more attractive
